Established in 2015, the Oregon State University NAACP Chapter is the first and only collegiate chapter located on a college campus in the Pacific Northwest region.

As a local Branch, we enthusiastically support and actively work alongside our OSU students and university leaders of color on the campus as they champion the work of social change. The financial support that we receive on behalf of our OSU chapter allows our college members to engage in professional and leadership development opportunities, participate in trainings and workshop opportunities focused on civil rights activism and coalition building strategies, and helps offset cost for their chapter meetings and engagement activities.
